Now I think the most likely perpetrator is a NAM employee of Yale, such as a janitor or (ironically) a security guard.
Why was my last prediction wrong? Because I assumed that if her body was in the building where she worked, it would have been found by the time I wrote the last post. Seems like inept police work to me. Or maybe they weren't taking it seriously because they figured she was a "runaway bride." That scenario didn't seem likely to me. Yalies don't pull stunts like that.
The other possibility is that the murder is someone who knew her and was sexually obsessed, such as a creepy grad student or professor. But we are talking about Yalies, so I'm going with the janitor or security guard.
Almost certainly it's a secure building, so chances are very good that the killer is someone connected with the university. News reports say that a *professor* has been questioned. That would be quite a turn of events.
Not to make light of the situation, but I had a slight chuckle when I saw that the building in question is located on Amistad Street. It used to be something else, I don't remember what, but at some point was changed to something more p.c.

It's worth noting that your blog is rising in the ranks of the various search engines lately. I just googled for "Annie Le" and the "Annie Le prediction" post was about 2/3 of the way down the first page.

When I saw New Haven, I immediately thought she had gone to Sally's to prove once and for all that it's not as good as Pepe's, and the the extremely mean staff at Sally's had done something to her.

A NAM would have just stuffed her body in some closet and she would have been found by now. Someone planned this through.

I'm betting on scary/screepy fellow grad student, maybe an Asian who thought it was his last chance before she married below her race. Possibly an adjunct professor, someone ugly with no social skills or financial prospects.
He confessed wuv, twue wuv, and she was squicked. As a Nice Guy(TM) he raped her and killed her in the process.
Why strip the corpse, was he going to keep it for fun? Hiding the clothes body could be a sign of guilt, as if the killer felt like Le was a real person. Hiding clothes in the ceiling seems like an odd thing for a janitor to do: put em in the trash!
Her flat broad nose and thick lips look a bit african, maybe a black guy would've gone for her. But this kind of crime just screams socially isolated, sexually deviant, proto-serial killer.

I don't know what false news you are referring to. The reason to believe it happened in the building is that the entrance is videotaped, she was filmed going inside the building, they found her purse and all her stuff inside the building, and there isn't any footage of her leaving the building.

No, not really. She was a plain-looking midget. You can order them by the dozen from our Eastern friends. Although I have a feeling that I could put any woman in front of you, tell you she was murdered, and you'd say she was beautiful.
