Video of George Zimmerman’s arrest; not so fat

Exclusive ABC News scoop. The take of the accompanying article is that George doesn’t look so bad. There are no obvious signs of him being badly beaten up, but then it’s a very low-resolution video so it’s hard to tell.

I’m sick and tired or people saying that Zimmerman wasn’t “arrested.” He was taken to the police station in handcuffs. You can see in the video police leading the handcuffed Zimmerman into a questioning room. It’s that’s not being arrested, I don’t know what is.

And I'm sure the police read him his Miranda rights before questioning him. Otherwise, whatever stupid stuff he said they won't be able to use against him at the trial.

Also, Zimmerman weighs a LOT less than we have been led to believe. There's no way that he's anywhere close to 250 pounds.

At 5 foot 9 inches, I'd say he looks about 185-190 lbs. not too much more than the 160 lbs for the 6 foot tall Trayvon. that helps to explain why the fight didn't go so well for Zimmerman. I remember the media kept telling us it was a 240 lbs man vs. a 140 lbs. "child."

The officer inspecting GZ wipes his hands after the inspection and takes a long look at the back of GZ's head. There also appears to be a distinct line on the back of GZ's head as he walks away from the security camera.

Zimmerman was treated at the scene by medics and the footage is from far away.

NBC was even worse as they tried to say Zimmerman said "He's up to no good ... he's black." Of course, the two comments were interrupted by the dispatcher who asked him the race of the suspect.

No wonder the old media is dying.

Police do not allow any one with blood on them in the back of a patrol car if they can help it. They are trained in First Aid and in Blood Born Pathogens. He would be attended to BEFORE being transported. MSM is a joke.

I'm sure its standard protocol for the EMTs or police at the scene to give basic medical treatment, so any "bruising", blood or grass would have been cleaned. The article even mentions that he received medical attention before being transported making the low resolution video worthless.

Seriously the comment section further proves that the majority of Americans are gullible illiterates and the modern mass media is formatted down for consumption and perception management.

One of the questions is how reasonable it would be for Trayvon to be afraid and this shows that he wasnt dressed in a threatening way. Now I wanna see the Trayvon 7-11 video if it exists.

The words "ABC Exclusive" are plastered over Zimmerman's head for most of the video, which is quite annoying.

But when we can see him, the other fact the video makes clear is that he does not look "white" as most people understand that term. If "Hispanic" is to have any meaning at all (since mestizo is not in general use), it has to be used for George Zimmerman.

If he is 5'9", I would say he is around 160lbs, not 185 or 190.

Hannity on Fox caught that and played the whole part, uninterrupted to show how ABC edited it.

And clearly he was beaten half to death before the arrest. His head smashed, his nose broken, battered and bruised... Just look at all the blood.

MSNBC page. The headline reads Couple Lives in Fear after their address tweeted as zimmerman's. Down at the bottom of the page there is a video, with a picture of martin's parents and the caption "martin's parents slam leaked information".

The implication is that they are condemning spike lee's stupid tweet, but in reality they are condemning the fact that the truth about their son's thuggish ways came out.

Yeah. Pretty obvious. People are outraged because he doesn't look like Arnold from Terminator with half his face torn off revealing a racist endoskeleton beneath.

MSNBC has already used the video to go on another two minute hate.

MSNBC keeps arguing that is the races were reversed, the situation would be very different. However, if a white kid was involved in a black man and the media found hundreds of twitters that contained racist and sexist language, the media would still be taking the black guys side.

Look at the St Louis bus beating that was videotaped where in three days the media story went from a hate crime, to boys being boys, to the white kid deserved the beating because he touched the black kids stuff.
