Latest news is that a gang of black teenage girls beat up a 13-year-old white girl at the McCarren Pool. They broke her nose and she required surgery.
This incident actually happened ten days ago, but it has been hidden from public knowledge until today.
It should also be noted that, as usual, the MSM hides the fact that this was a hate crime. If a bunch of white girls beat up a black girl, they’d be all over this story.
I heard a program on NPR the other day about McCarren pool situation. They sent an intrepid lady reporter to investigate whether the incidents were a result of the dreaded "racial tensions". Her conclusion? No tensions whatsoever! Just "unruly kids".
You may laugh but in her world it makes sense. Just as racism can only be one way, so is this. Thus, blacks beating up whites is not racial tensions. But if whites were to institute some measure to keep the riff-ruff out (e.g. a symbolic fee) -- THAT would be racial tensions.

I've said this in Sailer's comment section, and I think it's relevant here as well; The gentrification that's been going on since the mid-90's is going to cause a fault line on the left between SWPLs and underclass NAMs. It's one thing for SWPLs to sympathize politically with NAMs; it's another for SWPLs to live and raise families around NAM pathologies.
Despite the grief we give SWPLs (and they are just begging to be made fun of), most of them value living in a world that works pretty well. Strip away the irritating moral vanity, and SWPL neighborhoods tend to be orderly, efficient, and pleasant. It's about as far from the value system and lives of underclass blacks as you can get. (Most underclass blacks don't dream of living like SWPLs, they dream of living like rich Republicans in the exurbs: big house, big SUVs, big screen TV.) Also, as conflicts arise, SWPLs will come to realize that all of their anti-racist posturing and Obama bumper stickers haven't earned them any good will from the underclass.
With their safety and home values at risk, I think SWPLs will just get exhausted with it and stop making excuses. What they do when that happens is an open question.

Why not just arrest the perpetrators, prosecute them, and throw them in prison. Yes, these were Black girls who did this. However, why not just use the law on those girls the same way you would use it on anyone else? This is assault and battery. Just put them in prison.

One can Google Sean John and Rocawear Ads and will obviously notice blacks are vastly over-represented. Why? Obviously because blacks are their target customers. But why can they target a demographic when Abercrombie and Fitch cannot?
Race liberalism is here to stay. Abercrombie and Fitch know this, that's why they settled. No whites in the middle class will wear their clothes if they are perceived as racist. The case was a gimme for the EEOC.

Not that long ago I read Random Acts of Senseless Violence, and the girl's FB profile is eerily reminiscent of that, down to the devolved language. Quite sad, for the state of our country, when a dystopian novel is more accurate than the news.
Also, before one tries to make this a hate crime, a close perusal of her profile shows her to be well entrenched in the "nigga" culture. The only thing missing is a caramel baby, but I guess we have to give it a couple years.
Where are her parents? We need a private organization like Child Protective Services, whose sole duty is to take white children away from awful parents, and send them to orphanages run by people like Lawrence Auster.

I don't think SWPL will change, their entire existence is based on extracting as much money as possible in coalition with NAMs from ordinary White people, while helping to annihilate them. That's the whole idea.
And it is reinforced by class distinctions that are in turn, reinforced by female hypergamy among White women, moving towards the most violent, dominant primates. That's the legacy of our genetic inheritance, and White guys sadly for us do dominance poorly and wars of annihilation well. White violence when it does occur, is well organized, technologically enhanced, and done like a "dirty job" narrated by Mike Rowe. That is deadly but not sexy -- primates don't function like that but on displays of dominance.
Easy bet: the 13 year old girl is going to have a kid by some Black thug soon. SWPL are moving towards Black dysfunction: low marriage rates save the mid-range rich on Wall Street and lower tiers of Hollywood and Silicon Valley; high amounts of body piercing and tats; high sex partner counts for women; marriage as a party, not monogamy; exaltation of violence etc.
White guys have tried to up the ante with X-Game like stuff, BASE jumping, snowboarding, BMX, etc. but it has not kept pace with the more pure primate thuggery among Blacks. Marketing agencies are wary of using too many non-white models in their ads because, though they won't publicly admit to it, their research shows non-white models don't attract as many customers as white models. Racism certainly isn't the reason ad agencies use primarily white models to sell product; it's not as if Marketing execs are closet members of the KKKlan.
It's true that network and cable television channels have been featuring more ads with racial minorities than ever before. However cable has sort of proven nobody wants to watch non-whites because television ratings are down more than ever and television can get away with more featuring non-white models in ads because of cable bundling which shares TV revenues with other channels.
Notice that subscription channels which don't rely on cable revenue sharing and have to sell directly to the consumer tend to have all white or nearly all white casts.
If/when a la carte cable subscriptions are introduced, we will see the number of racial minority actors and models plummet.
And btw, to critics of libertarians, do you ever notice how giving consumers more options in any facet of life, whether it be giving more higher ed options or the freedom to subscribe to individual TV channels, is devastating to the left?

I don't put much faith in the "black community". When push comes to shove tribalism will triumph. Just look at upper class blacks in the media and academia always ranting and raving about how black men are unfairly targeted by the police and the disproportionate number of black men in prison. Even prominent black Republicans who owned their livelihood and success to the party backed Obama in 08. They're unreliable.

NAM girls are scary. I was beaten up by two Mexican girls in middle school. They don't hold back, don't care what happens to them later.
I have to assume the intimidation factor at mixed schools is bad for both sexes...anything goes. Even if you had a gun or knife and could defend yourself, you would probably end up in some detention center, where you would be beaten up by NAM women.

It's a gradual process and it happens not to the whole SWPL group, but to parts of it, as they age, have kids and become exposed to the real world.

The idea of reducing the amount of gened credits needed to earn a bachelor's degree, and which combined with other reforms would cripple the American left, is gaining traction.
Former Indiana governor Mitch Daniels wanted to cap undergrad degree requirements at 120 credits so students could graduate earlier with less debt.
The proposal was strongly opposed by liberal professors and college administrators who complained Daniels' initiative would constitute too much government meddling.
This combined with Scott Walker's education reforms and Florida gov Rick Scott's plans to move funding from the liberal arts to STEM is good news. We need to press for 60 credit (or less) degrees that have no gened requirements so that the extreme left humanities professors can be thrown out into the unemployment lines:

There isn't enough ideological distance between a liberal Democrat and McCain to make that conversion shocking. There are also common threads between McCain and lefties: both share overweening senses of self-righteousness and inabilities to consider unintended consequences of their ideas.

However, keep in mind there are videos posted all over youtube for the world to see what happens when black girls decide to fight white girls one-on-one instead of jumping.
