HBD can tell us some valuable information about Jill Kelley, because she has an identical twin sister Natalie Khawam. From the Tampa Bay Times:
In late September, a U.S. Marine Corps four-star general and the head of the Central Intelligence Agency sent letters to a court in Washington, D.C., testifying that a single mom in Tampa named Natalie Khawam was fit to parent her 4-year-old son.
. . . The court had a different opinion.
"Ms. Khawam appears to lack any appreciation or respect for the importance of honesty and integrity in her interactions with her family, employers, and others with whom she comes in contact," a judge wrote after a litany of hearings and psychological evaluations. "The court fully expects that Ms. Khawam's pattern of misrepresentations about virtually everything, including the most important aspects of her life, will continue indefinitely."
She was more than $3 million in debt, records show. She had blown through four jobs in five years and sued a former employer for sex harassment. She had had three failed engagements, left her new husband and moved in with her sister where she quickly began hobnobbing with military brass and others in Tampa's elite circles.
Jill Kelley surely shares the same genes for bad judgment and low future-time orientation. And Natalie probably shares Jill’s genes for being an attention whore. And Jill also seems to be on a path of spending her doctor husband into the poorhouse. Lawrence Auster is wrong for defending her.
Also, a warning for any of my readers who become wealthy doctors and then attract the attention of low-class gold-digging bimbos like the Khawam sisters. DON’T marry them. And as a corollary warning, stay away from any woman who looks like she might be selected to appear on a Real Housewives reality show. Per my previous good advice, marry nice “non-slutty upper-middle-class girls.” The Khawam sisters are definitely slutty, and I suspect that their Lebanese immigrant parents raised them in a prole neighborhood in the Philadelphia area.
* * *
And while we are on this topic, Paula Broadwell’s radiologist husband also could have avoided marrying a cheating wife if he followed my advice. She may be smart and educated, but her father, Paul Kranz, is a high school basketball coach from Bismark, ND, and that’s definitely not upper-middle class. Although I’ve said that a school teacher is the quintessential middle-class job, I think that being a basketball coach rather than teaching actual academic subjects borders on high prole.
They both appear to attract high status men like magnets, however.

Hmm...there seems to be a "gene" for every attitude, thought or action. I can only guess that those pointing to HBD for such things also believe in determinism in some form or another.

Posted by: Conquistador | November 14, 2012 at 02:58 PM
They each snagged high earning beta men, who knew nothing about women, or how to deal with them. This is incredibly common in our feminized culture. Basically two crazy bitches have brought down the career of one prominent senior military officer, and possibly two (if Allen goes down). And people will defend these women.

Petreus' military enrollment makes him a prole despite his Princeton Phd credential. Serving in the armed forces brings him down several notches to a high prole. Any Ivy League education can't change that.

The attempt by Patreus to vouch for a trashy women he barely knew in a custody battle speaks volume to the white knighting phenomonon that "game" blogs talk about all the time. Team woman may try to defend the team, but men will always be out for themselves.

HS:
"Per my previous good advice, marry nice “non-slutty upper-middle-class girls.”"
It's one thing to sensibly tell a man what kind of girl to marry; it's quite another to redirect his passions from attractive sex fiends to unattractive prudes. Or: there's a reason why so many normally reasonable men do stupid things for the nookie.
"The Khawam sisters are definitely slutty, and I suspect that their Lebanese immigrant parents raised them in a prole neighborhood in the Philadelphia area."
Sometimes all it takes is a one second look at a woman to know how she would be in bed. Petraeus's mistress looks like she'd happily take it in the pooper while swinging from a chandelier. His wife, otoh, looks like she forgot what resides between her legs. And, judging by the look of her, that's for the better.
Which is all to say, I don't blame these guys for their seemingly irrational choices.
[HS: Patraeus's wife is old enough to be the mother of Jill and Natalie so it's unfair compare their current-day looks. Patraeus' wife, as far as we know, never cheated on him or wasted his money or did anything that would publicly humiliate him.]

"I suspect that their Lebanese immigrant parents raised them in a prole neighborhood in the Philadelphia area."
From Jill Kelley's Wikipedia page:
"Kelley grew up in Voorhees, New Jersey and later Northeast Philadelphia, where her parents owned a restaurant. Kelley lived in the Philadelphia area until her mid-20s."
Voorhees is a solidly middle class neighborhood in South Jersey, but people from nearby South Jersey towns like Cherry Hill (I'm sure you went to Penn with more than a few kids from Cherry Hill, HS) Medford, or Moorestown view it as sort of prolish, but not as prolish as Maple Shade or Pennsauken. Northeast Philadelphia is a small step above the extremely prole Philly neighborhood called Fishtown that Charles Murray wrote about in 'Coming Apart.' The Northeast is becoming increasingly non-white, but it's been prole for a hundred years or longer.
[HS: Voorhees looks middle class, not prole, but obviously living in NE Philly had a bad influence on her. We don't know how old she was when her parents moved there.]

Posted by: chesswife | November 14, 2012 at 04:09 PM
The funniest thing about this is that, as near as I can tell, Larry Auster is defending her in part because he thinks she's hot. As Auster himself says "I must confess that there’s something about this woman that makes my brain stop functioning". So much for Mr. Christian Values and Western Rationalism.
So hey Jill, if your husband dumps you, there's always Larry Auster. Man, we guys are suckers...

HS:
"Patraeus' wife, as far as we know, never cheated on him or wasted his money or did anything that would publicly humiliate him."
No argument there. By all accounts, his wife is the "better" woman. But men don't care so much about better; they care about sexier. Prole as they may be, these Lebanese hos look like they'd be a blast in the sack. And that's the draw that few men can resist, especially men shackled to frumpy land whales for what must seem to those men an endless hell matrix.
I've seen a photo of the wife from younger years. While she was no hot babe, she certainly looked reasonably bangable. Age has not been kind to her; or, more precisely she lost the will to stay in shape and please her high status husband. A lot of feminists are like that, so perhaps the wife wasn't as virtuous as you are making her out to be. Golddigger prole chicks may blab and steal and violate SWPL norms of decorum, but at least you can count on them to keep their figures. They know their real moneymaker, and it isn't a post-grad degree.

While the military is prolish, generally, those who go to the service academies (USAFA, West Point, and USNA, not so much USCGA and USMMA) probably can't be considered prole.
While Broadwell was homecoming queen, all state basketball and valedictorian, I wonder if it was still easier for her to get into West Point because she was from ND (and a woman)... I don't know enough to know if that helped or not, but I've always heard that being from small states helped your chances.

"it's quite another to redirect his passions from attractive sex fiends to unattractive prudes"
Since most women lose their sex drives-- to some degree-- post marriage and post child-bearing, it would make sense to aim for a slutty but otherwise nice woman with the expectation that she'll come down a few notches after having kiddos.

LOL!
This is pretty good advice.
In fact, when a first saw a picture of Jill Kelley, I thought: "Wow, she looks like a wife from one of those Real Housewives shows."
That said, these type of trashy, slutty chicks tend to drive men wild, so just "pumping and dumping" them ain't easy. One taste of that sweet poon, and most men will be hooked.

What I find amusing is that all of this could have been avoided. Broadwell did not have to hurl insults and Kelley could have ignored them.
Now Broadwell's marriage is under threat, her public reputation is in shambles ("SLUT"), and she's facing sharp questions because of sensitive documents found in her possession.
Kelley's bullshit Cancer Foundation has been shut down and she's lawyered up.

"That ex-husband is Grayson Wolfe, a former Bush Administration flunkie who served in Iraq with the Coalition Provisional Authority and now a partner in Akkadian Private Ventures, a Washington, D.C.-based private equity firm specializing in "infrastructure projects" in emerging markets.
Akkadian Private Ventures was co-founded by a man who calls himself Christian Bailey (his real name is Christian Josefowicz). Bailey, a British ex-pat, co-founded the Lincoln Group shortly after the invasion of Iraq in order to harvest millions of dollars in Pentagon contracts for "information operations"—propaganda directed at hostile populations throughout the Middle East and South Asia. He later founded Akkadian with Lincoln Group money. As a partner in Akkadian, Khawam's ex-husband worked out of the Lincoln Group's offices and was essentially an employee under the group's corporate umbrella."

I thought this whole story was cooked up to distract from the disaster in Libya. Hell, maybe it was and then succeeded beyond all expectation. Petraeus, Allen and Broadwell have all had their careers destroyed. Conversely the gold digging twins have probably a shot at celebrity now.
No wonder Broadwell sent the emails, the twins are both archetypal scarlet women. Broadwell knew the competition, she just misjudged the poor choice of Jill who took the emails to her FBI whiteknight (who took arms up immediately).

There's a trade-off between well behaved/low-drama and sex drive, just as you discovered with your discussion of sex drive and IQ. High sex drive and all the behaviors that go with it, especially for women, is a generally an r-strategy.
The problem is however as CH notes. One often has to choose between great in bed or great in life, which is often a tough call.

Would professors and teachers at exclusive private or boarding schools be considered middle class? Or would that be upper-middle class?
Lack of morals, low future time orientation and inability to learn from past mistakes seems so prole.
There's a fundamental difference in lack of morals of proles and the Liberal elite. One is due to impulsivity and biochemically driven behavior, while the latter is a product of calculated unemotional intellectualism.
Religion used to self-regulate prolish behavior, but now that proles have free reign this type of behavior and cultural decline in those circles will continue without any form of checks or balances.
The jig is up when society's elite consume the prolefeed and reduce themselves to the beast's level.
No wonder there is a leadership and role model crisis.
According to a survey of teachers in the United Kingdom conducted in 2008 by the Association of Teachers and Lecturers young people frequently chose role models from celebrity culture such as David and Victoria Beckham, Eminem or Paris Hilton and emulate their appearance and manner.

I found a lot of commenters incredibly rough on the General's wife. Yes she's old and dresses like a church grandma, but isn't poor fashion sense pretty universal among flyover country americans ? Holly doesn't dress sloppily: i haven't seen her wearing sweatpants or those horrible ill-fitting walmart jeans. She probably thinks that she dresses very appropriately for a woman of her age and social rank. She seems like the kind of woman who's post-menopause and is fine with it.
This can of course be problematic when you have a husband who's remained much younger in body.
What is that poor woman supposed to do ? She may not even be interested in sex at all at this point and might even have been ok with hubby playing elsewhere, as long as it all remained a secret.

I don't think these women are proles tbh. It's very out of the ordinary for Doctors to go for someone who is not at least college educated. Sex is one thing, but when it comes to marriage, there's much more scrutiny involved. Infidelity is not a prole-thing as it affects all classes, upper class people just have more to lose in prestige and social standing by doing so. Eliot Spitzer, Bill Clinton, FDR, JFK, powerful people with Mistresses are nothing new to the upper class. There is probably something wrong with you if you are an alpha guy in a high powered profession and the only person you'd want to screw was your wife.
Even Tiger Woods couldn't resist the temptation and he had Elin.

When the west collapses the few literate men remaining will read of the ancients and our wicked ways. A new totalitarian theocracy will emerge where even simple pleasures will be outlawed. No alcohol, no dancing, no bacon, no pre-marital sex with adulterers executed much like in Saudi Arabia. It will be an age marked by fanatical discipline and abhorrence of all that came before it. It's a cycle that always repeats itself in history.

Prole versus upper middle class as a cheating signal? Nope. You are so missing the more important signal for cheating: Paula Broadwell has high enough testosterone to have served in the military herself. Women who graduate from West Point have got to have higher testosterone than the average woman and therefore are at higher risk for having an affair, especially with a highly ranked general.
Also, women get the hots for men in uniform. This whole thing is so very stereotypical it isn't even interesting.
The Khawam sisters: They should get their own reality TV show and probably will. They can compete with the Kardashians.
